The <br />expansion involves enclosing a portion of the patio area in the front of the <br />restaurant. They will be increasing the number of seats by 30, from 98 seats to <br />128 seats. The new west side building elevation will be consistent with the <br />existing exterior. The expansion should not affect the existing drainage on site. <br /> <br />Parkin,q and access <br /> <br />Access into and through the site will not change and no parking spaces will be <br />lost because of the expansion.
