His dedication to the community and his <br /> pursuit of perfection is the reason he will be receiving the Rising Star Award. <br /> • Delivered nine new residential water meters, and the new water meter for Coachman <br /> Ridge Apartments. <br /> • Sealed the water meter, and took curb stop ties from nine water services. <br /> • Turned on one water service, and one electric service. <br /> • Went on five service calls. <br /> • Completed 25 BACTI/Total Chlorine Residual Samples <br /> o All confirmed negative for Coliform Bacteria. <br /> • Completed 20 routine fluoride samples <br /> o All samples met MDH standards. <br /> • We received multiple quotes from engineering firms for the Well#9 filter design that will <br /> start this fall. After one of the firms decided to pull their quote, we chose SEH who had <br /> the next lowest bid. The design will begin sometime in August and will go out for bids in <br /> January 2016. <br /> • Oliver Engineering will be moving forward with a survey of the Field Services Building <br /> Property. At the same time, Kjolhaug Environmental Services will be completing the <br /> wetland delineation of the property. Both of these things need to be done in order to <br /> complete the field services space needs study. <br /> • The water operators are moving along nicely with annual hydrant maintenance. They <br /> should be done within the next month. <br /> • We had two new fire hydrants installed on County Road One. They were installed in <br /> conjunction with the county resurfacing project. Attached are the pictures. <br /> • Verizon has decided to attach antennas to the Auburn Street Water Tower.
