Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br /> Commission was called to order by Sagstetter at 8:36 a.m. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Sagstetter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 3. Consider Agenda <br /> Sagstetter added 5.3 Meeting Frequency to the agenda <br /> Moved by Curtis and seconded by Chuba to approve the April 15, 2015 Energy <br /> City Commission agenda, as amended. <br /> 4. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> Moved by Westgaard and seconded by Steinbeck to approve the consent <br /> agenda. <br /> 5.1 GreenStep Cities Step 4 <br /> IvIroz gave the staff update and reviewed a few of the measurements that related to <br /> Energy City. <br /> Curtis suggested that the Green House Gas Inventory be calculated by working with <br /> a local high school student or group next year. <br /> 5.2 Interpretative Signage <br /> Mroz stated that signage is valuable to community education and is a part of our <br /> Action Plan. Sagstetter suggested the library have information on I.EED <br />
