They intend to <br />construct a new 105,000 sf manufacturing facility with a possible 73,500 sf expansion. The project is a <br />permitted use in the BP district and has been reviewed by staff. <br /> <br />Easement Vacation <br />The proposed project will utilize two adjacent parcels in the Nature Center Business Center Second <br />Addition. The shared property line has 30-foot easements on each side of the property line, 60 feet total <br />width and would be located beneath the proposed building. In order for the building to be constructed, <br />the easement needs to be vacated. <br /> <br />Staff has no concerns or issues with the easement vacation. <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br /> <br />The Planning Commission did not have any concerns with the zone change request and unanimously <br />recommended approval. The Planning Commission does not review easement vacations.
