Section 30 -1042 - Accessory structure setbacks <br />Public Hearin <br />Action Requested <br />Recommend, by motion, approval of the ordinance amendments related to Extreme Commercial <br />Recreation (XCR). <br />Overview <br />With a creation of a new XCR zoning district (OA 15 -04) several terms related to the uses needed to be <br />defined and several sections of the ordinance need to be updated to address signage and <br />principal /accessory structures. Staff is recommending the updates as,shown on the attachments. <br />Planning Commission <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this application at their June 23, 2015 meeting. No concerns were <br />raised by the commission regarding the request.
