StFikethFOUOM to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />Sec. 30 -1. - Definitions. <br />Off-road racing means a format of racing where various classes of specially modified <br />snowmobiles, cars trucks go- carts, and /or ATVs compete in races on dirt or snow tracks <br />which may include temporary storage of off road racing vehicles <br />Water sports facility means a facility where non - motorized water activities such as but not <br />limited to wake boards knee boards and water skis are powered by a secondary power <br />source. <br />Limited stay lodging means a building or structure where sleeping, and cooking and /or <br />sanitary facility accommodations are furnished to users for a period of no more than seven (7� <br />consecutive days <br />Parking, overflow event means temporary parking for a single event on any surface in non <br />designated parking areas that does not exceed 50% of the required parking for a business <br />Active use storage means an enclosed facility containing multiple individual units used for the <br />storage, maintenance and display of vehicles The facility may not be used for retail sales, <br />business operations, or ovemi ht stays. <br />Page 1 <br />
