This item is now presented for formal approval. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> The new position of Crime Prevention Specialist is at pay grade 6 which is one pay grade above the <br /> position that is being eliminated. Due to recent vacancies in the department and the grade step difference <br /> between the former employee and a newly hired employee, it is expected there will be no budget impact <br /> in 2015.
