Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Nate Benkofstze, 15470 County Road 35,Elk River,MN. Stated he believed that the <br /> Houlton Farm should be open to hunting.Located in an area that is great for <br /> wildlife. Good opportunity for the area to come together. <br /> Debbie Rydberg,Elk River Chamber requested that there be no ice this year around <br /> IIIthe outside of the hockey rinks at Handke Pit for their Shiver event. <br />
