Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m.by Chair Anderson. <br /> • 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Mr. Hecker added Item 6.2 Boy Scout/Eagle Scout project presentation. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Kallemeyn and seconded by Commissioner Sagan <br /> to accept staff's addition to the agenda and approve the September 10,2014 <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 3. Consider Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to <br /> approve the following July 9,2014 Parks and Recreation Commission Regular <br /> Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to <br /> approve the following July 9,2014 Parks and Recreation Commission Work <br /> Session Minutes.
