Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br /> Commission was called to order by Sagstetter at 8:30 a.m. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Sagstetter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 3. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Westgaard and seconded by Sayler to approve the June 18,2014 <br /> Energy City Commission agenda. <br /> 4. Consider March 19, 2014 Minutes <br /> Hoskins noted his first name was misspelled. <br /> Moved by Westgaard and seconded by Sayler to approve the April 16,2014 <br /> Energy City Commission minutes. <br /> 5.1 Action Plan Review <br /> The Visionary Subcommittee presented the 10-year Action Plan to the Commission. <br /> With the addition of a clause stating that the Action Plan will be reviewed biannually <br /> and any updates, changes,or omissions will be put in place with the approval of the <br /> Commission. <br />
