This means, we need to confirm one of two options to move <br /> the brand budget item forward: <br /> 1. Take the public art installation project out of the 2014 Brand budget of$16,500 as follows: <br /> a. 25-50% paid to the artist for upfront costs for materials which is potentially$6000 <br /> b. Request a budget transfer in 2015 to pay the remaining payout to the artist of$6000 <br /> and $5000 (est)for the installation costs <br /> 2. Increase the proposed 2015 brand budget from $10,000 to $14,000 (which is dependent on the <br /> 25—50% payout schedule)which would go towards the remaining public art installation and <br /> would streamline the budget process as there would not be a need to do a budget transfer to <br /> pay the additional public art installation project and installation costs.The$14,000 would cover <br /> the$6000 final payment to the artist and the $5000 installation costs. <br /> If future maintenance is not needed to be completed in 2015 then, the $3000 would go towards other <br /> items that support the ChandlerThinks Brand Study and the PbyN brand: <br /> Updating of the PbyN brochures $500 <br /> PbyN sponsorship(s) i.e. ERX, arena, park(s) $2,500 <br />
