The <br /> minimum lot width is 80 feet and minimum lot size is 12,000 square feet. The proposed lot <br /> configurations for the Fifth Addition (50' & 60'x 96.25) are not consistent with the R-3 zoning. There <br /> are two options to resolve this issue. The applicant can plat the Fifth Addition with fewer lots that meet <br /> the ordinance requirements or have the fifth and sixth additions rezoned to a Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD). <br /> Rezoning was not part of the original application, so in order to move forward with the plans as <br /> proposed,the Planning Commission postponed action on the item so the applicant could submit a <br /> rezoning application.
