The purpose of the ordinance is to limit or prevent <br /> FOG from Food Service Establishments (FSE) or Food Manufacturer/ Processors (FM/Ps) from <br /> entering the city's sanitary sewer system. <br /> Staff recommends the city publish a summary of the ordinance via the attached resolution to fulfill all <br /> legal publication requirements as completely as if the entire ordinance had been published <br /> Financial Impact <br /> Adopting the resolution for summary publication of the ordinance will save the city on publication costs. <br /> Attachments <br /> ■ Resolution <br /> P a w E A E U s r <br /> NaA f RE] <br />
