Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission <br /> was called to order at 6:30 p.m.by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 2/11/14 Planning Commission Agenda <br /> • Moved by Commissioner Eric Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Chad <br /> Westberg to approve the February 11,2014 Planning Commission agenda. Motion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> 3. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> 4.1 1/14/2013 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> Motion by Commissioner Jeremy Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Eric <br /> Johnson to approve the January 14, 2014 Planning Commission minutes. Motion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> 5.1 Request by Anytime Fitness (Jennifer Mueller), 19437 Evans Street NW, <br /> Case No. CU 14-04 — Public Hearing <br /> Planner Zack Carlton presented the staff report. Mr. Carlton stated that a Conditional Use <br /> Permit is required to operate a fitness facility in the Hillside Crossing PUD. He stated that <br /> additional SAC and WAC fees are triggered by the additional showers proposed. Mr. <br /> Carlton stated that the use fits within the PUD guidelines;there is adequate parking;and sign <br /> permits will be required for changes in the signage. <br /> IIIChair Anderson opened the public hearing. <br />
