Planning Commission Minutes Page 2 <br /> February 11,2014 <br /> Jennifer Mueller,applicant, stated she has been in business in Elk River for the past 10 years. <br /> III <br /> There being no further comments, Chair Anderson closed the public hearing. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Chad Westberg and seconded by Commissioner Eric <br /> Johnson to recommend approval of the request by Jennifer Mueller of Anytime <br /> Fitness for a Conditional Use Permit for a fitness facility in the Hillside Crossing <br /> PUD, Case No. CU 14-04,with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Conditional Use Permit is not a building permit and the applicant must <br /> apply for and receive approval of all required permits before construction may <br /> begin. <br /> 2. The applicant must apply for and receive approval of all required sign permits <br /> before signage may be installed. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 6.1 Review of Commission Calendar <br /> Chair Anderson stated that the Planning Commission meetings will be moved to the 4th <br /> Tuesday of the month. Mr. Leeseberg stated that the new schedule will begin in May. <br /> 7.2 Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> Commissioner Mark Konietzko stated that the final draft of the Comprehensive Plan will be III <br /> considered at a public hearing by the Planning Commission at their March 11,2014.Mr. <br /> Leeseberg noted that the final draft will be available online in the next couple of weeks. <br /> 7.
