Staff will be reviewing the policy on Monday night. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT <br /> Due to the nature of special events and the numerous variables that make each one of them unique, a <br /> more thorough analysis of the fees should be completed. The Parks and Recreation Department will be <br /> completing a comprehensive review of their facility policies and fees this summer. Staff recommendation <br /> is to evaluate the fee structure for special events at the same time with a plan to implement a fee structure <br /> effective January 1, 2014. <br /> At this time staff is recommending collection of a $500 deposit from all groups for 2013.
