As a Conditional Use Permit is not a Building Permit, the property owner shall receive all <br />required permits for any building or structure modifications, including all exterior signage. <br />2. The duration of each display shall not be less than 8 seconds. <br />3. The sign shall be equipped with a mechanism that automatically adjusts the brightness in <br />response to ambient conditions.
