RESOLUTION NO. 11_49 <br />RESOLUTION APPRO IN TATE OF MINNE OTA OINT POWERS <br />V GS S J <br />AGREEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ON BEHALF OF ITS POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River on behalf of its Police Chief desires to enter into a Joint Powers <br />Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal <br />Apprehension to receive funding to install an adapter to facilitate eCharging in the city. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br />1. That the State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreements by and between the State of <br />Minnesota acting through its Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal <br />Apprehension and the City of Elk River on behalf of its police chief are hereby approved. <br />Copies of the Joint Powers Agreement is attached to this Resolution and made a part of it. <br />2. That the Chief of Police, Bradley R. Rolfe, or his or her successor, is designated the <br />Authorized Representative for the Police Chief. <br />To assist the Authorized Representative with the administration of the agreement, Captain <br />Robert Kluntz is appointed as the Authorized Representative's designee. <br />3. That John J.
