Call Meeting To Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authoritywas called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Wilson. <br />2. Consider August 2, 2010 HRA Agenda <br />MOVED BY COMMISSIONER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER TOTH TO APPROVE THE AUGUST 2, 2010 HRA AGENDA <br />AS PRESENTED. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />• <br />Consider Consent Agenda <br />MOVED BY COMMISSIONER TOTH AND SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LIESER TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />3.1. MAY 3, 2010 HRA MINUTES <br />3.2. JUNE 7, 2010 HRA MINUTES <br />3.3. CHECK REGISTER <br />3.4. BALANCE SHEET <br />3.5. REVENUE/EXPENDITURE REPORT <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />• <br />4. en Mike - No one appeared for Open Mike. <br />5. Update on HRA Buildings at 716 and 720 Main Street <br />Ms. Mehelich provided an update on additional roof leaks in the HRA's buildings at 716 and <br />720 Main Street. Chair Wilson asked if the leaks were caused bythe recent hail, and if so, <br />would there possibly be some insurance coverage for that. Ms. Mehelich stated that the <br />roof is leaking in the same place after two different storms, so would not assume the daiinage <br />was from hail. She noted there is minimal replacement instuance coverage on the buildings. <br />She stated she is waiting for quotes from the roofing contractor, and will proceed with the <br />necessary repairs and patching, as long as it is within the maintenance budget for the <br />buildings. <br />
