The site is currently owned by the City of Elk River <br />Economic Development Authority. A hearing was held by the EDA on May 8, <br />1995 concerning the proposed sale of the property. It was the consensus of <br />the EDA to proceed with the negotiations for sale of the property to the school <br />district.
