Ach, City Planner <br />DATE: June 19, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit Request by <br />Kraus-Anderson of Elk River, Inc./ <br />Public Hearing Case No. CU 95-8 <br />Issue <br />Kraus-Anderson of Elk River, Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit for a <br />site plan review to construct approximately a 6,000 square foot building for <br />Video Update. <br />Location <br />• Lot 2, Block 4, Elk Park Center (lying between Highway 169 and Freeport <br />Avenue immediately south of the new First National Bank building. <br />Zoning/Land Use <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) / HB (Highway Business). <br />Attachments <br />• Revised Plans <br />• Report to the Planning Commission dated May 23, 1995 <br />Overview <br />The Elk Park Center Planned Unit Development requires a conditional use <br />permit for all new construction. Therefore, Kraus-Anderson is requesting a <br />conditional use permit allowing for the construction of a 6,000 square foot <br />building which is intended to be occupied by Video Update. The proposed <br />building would be located between Highway 169 and Freeport Avenue on one <br />of the free-standing lots.
