The properties are owned by George <br />Deschenes and Industrial Hardfacing. <br /> <br />Zoning/Land Use <br /> <br />Rlc (Single Family Residential) / LI (Light Industrial) <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />· Location map <br />· Zoning map <br />· Land use map <br />· Ordinance No. 96- <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />These properties were included as part of a larger area (area #8) that was <br />considered for rezoning to hght industrial in March 1996. As part of the <br />update of the comprehensive plan, the land use designation was changed to <br />hght industrial.
