<br />MINUTES OF THE ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />May 31, 1966 - All Planning Commission members were present <br /> <br />A request was made by Jack Proulz of U. S. Homes forazoning change in an <br />area on Morton Street by the Angel Apartments from poe District to R2 for <br />Multiple Dwelling. Mr. Proulz was advised and requested to present a written <br />plan with elevations and other items which had been verbally discussed. He <br />requested immediate action on his proposal. A motion was passed to table the <br />proposal for further study until more specific information is forthcoming as to <br />grades, levels, sewage disposal problems, etc. <br /> <br />A motion was passed to advise the Village Council that it is the Planning Com- <br />mission's interpretation that the type of proposed building requested by Mr. Barsody <br />in his application for a milk dispensing building is covered by the Special Use <br />Permit Section of the existing zoning ordinance.. <br /> <br />A motion was passed to advise the Village Council that non-thoroughfare streets <br />be not less than 30 feet and thoroughfare roads be not less than 40 feet paved <br />width. <br />
