Land now zoned R -C and multiple dwelling. There <br />was discussion as to whether a zoning change was necessary from the south <br />line of Sixth Street south to adjoining C-2 district 160 feet deept AftEr <br />discussion and review of the ordinance, the commission decided to advise <br />the Village Council that it is the commissions interpretation that the type of <br />proposed building of Mr. Barsody's Cloverleaf application is covered by the <br />special use permit section of the existing zoning ordinance. It was also <br />decided to advise the Council that non-thoroughfare roads be not less than <br />30 feet and thoroughfare roads not less that 40 feet paved width. <br /> <br />A Mr. jack Proulx from U. S. Homes requested permission for three double <br />bungalows on Morton Street by Angel, .apartments. It was decided that this <br />would require a zoning change from POC to R -2 for multiple dwelling. Mr. <br />Proulx was so advised and requested to present written plan with elevations <br />and other items agreed to, such as removal of present building. He requested <br />immediate action on his request. Gongoll moved to "table" to give proposal <br />further study U'Iltil more information is forth-coming. Seconded by Bailey. <br />Motion was passed. A part of the problem in the above matter was in the <br />sewer problem and the proposed drain field and septic system at this site. <br />
