Open Mike Reports <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />a~ The City Adwinistrator explained a memo sent to Gary Santwire and <br />Cliff Lundberg concerning the sewer hook-up ordinance. In August of 1977, the removed a diseased <br />elm tree from their property, and nm~ are asking for the <br />reimbursement from the City. COUNCILr,IEHBER TOTH HOVED TO PAY THE <br />SUBSIDY TO THE HIPSAGS , 1JJHICH 1;JILL BE BASED ON A COST OF $L,.80.00 <br />FOR THE HEHOVAL. Mr. Hichard Schrupp appeared at the Open Mike portion of the <br />meeting to discuss the railroad cro:3sing located in the Peterson <br />Addition. Mr. Schrupp informed the Council that the crossing <br />T,vas to be clo:3ed December 15 by the BtlliR. The Administrator <br />indicated that the Cit;y vJaS aware of the problem and ,-Jas taking <br />steps to have the closing extended until July 11 1979. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Final Plat - Pinewood Subdivision - Tom Noon, Petitioner <br /> <br />Mayor Madsen opened the Public Hearing on the final plat for <br />thBs subdivision. The City Administrator explained that the <br />City's engineer had problems with the drainage in the area, and <br />that problems currently tvere unresolved on that issue.
