Cooperative Purchasing Agreement <br /> <br />The Mayor explained to the members of the Council how the City <br />would benefit by purchasing items through the purchasing agree- <br />ment. By doing so, the City would be able to purchase various <br />items, at the City's discretion, or sell items not intended for <br />use. Councilmembers were concerned over the possibility of the <br />City becoming too involved with the metro area. The Mayor indicated <br />that this agreement could be terminated at any time with a decision <br />made by the Council. Appolhntment of Liquor Store Manager <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the City Coumhil that after <br />advertising for the position of Liquor Store Hanager and <br />inter\~ewing several candidates, it was his recommendation <br />that Mr. David Dahlberg be appointed DO fill the position. <br />The Adm.i...nistrator indicated that in his opinion, Hr.
