A map showing the <br /> general location of the affected area is attached. <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Staff refers the Planning Commission to Section 900 .20 "General <br /> Regulations . " Subsection b states that the total square <br /> footage of all non agricultural accessory buildings on a single <br /> family parcel can not exceed 1,400 square feet. Subsection d <br /> states that no single accessory building on a single family <br /> parcel shall exceed 1,000 square feet. <br /> Staff also refers the Planning Commission to Section 900 . 18, <br /> Subsection 2 "Accessory Use Setbacks" , footnote 2 .
