Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk Rivet City Council <br />was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Dietz. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />3. Consider 03/02/2015 Agenda <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Olsen <br />to approve the March 2, 2015, agenda as amended. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />4. Consider Consent Agenda <br />Moved by Councilmember Olsen and seconded by Councilmember Burandt <br />to approve the fallowing consent agenda: <br />4.1 Council minutes <br />■ February 17, 2015, closed <br />■ February 17, 2015, regular <br />4.2 Check register, check numbers 9793 -9794 and 90759 -90924 as outlined <br />in the staff report. <br />4.3 Revisions to ordinance 78 -187, determination of billable flow, loading, <br />and user charge. <br />4.4 Promote Darren McKernan to police captain effective March 3, 2015, <br />as outlined in the staff report. <br />4.5 Special event permit to McCoy's Pub for a 5K on Saturday, March 14, <br />2015, with the following conditions: <br />1. The event planner is required to notify surrounding businesses, <br />residents, and organizations. The city will provide a template of the <br />
