THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Consider June 30, 1997 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE JUNE 30, 1997, CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Dave Webber, representing the Elk Terrace Mobile Home Park residents, indicated <br />the residents were willing to grant an extension to the developers, giving them <br />until September 1, 1997 to close the park, noting they would rather not have to <br />start over with the process to close the park. Mr. Webber also indicated the <br />residents are requesting 90 days to vacate their homes, rather than 60 days once <br />their homes are purchased. Mayor Duitsman stated staff will meet with the <br />developer when the feasibility study is available, prior to presentation of the <br />feasibility study to the Council at the July 28, 1997 meeting and will discuss these <br /> <br /> <br />
