Consider 7/14/97 A.qenda The following items were added to the Council agenda: 5.1. - OTHER BUSINESS ITEMS - COUNClLMEMBER DIETZ 5.2. - OTHER BUSINESS ITEMS - COUNCILMEMBER THOMPSON The following item was deleted from the Council agenda: 4.4. - CONSIDER BIDS FOR LIQUOR STORE SECURITY SYSTEM COUNClLMEMBER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. Consider June 30, 1997 City Council Minutes COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE JUNE 30, 1997, CITY COUNCIL MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. Dave Webber, representing the Elk Terrace Mobile Home Park residents, indicated the residents were willing to grant an extension to the developers, giving them until September 1, 1997 to close the park, noting they would rather not have to start over with the process to close the park. Mr. Webber also indicated the residents are requesting 90 days to vacate their homes, rather than 60 days once their homes are purchased. Mayor Duitsman stated staff will meet with the developer when the feasibility study is available, prior to presentation of the feasibility study to the Council at the July 28, 1997 meeting and will discuss these
