A four-fifth vote <br />is required. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Page 3 <br />Amendments/Renewals Requiring Public Hearings fox Conditional Use Permits (CUPS <br />CUP amendments usually require minimal staff resources, so these fees axe being reduced. <br />Page 4 <br />Engineering Services <br />This fee was previously billed by the consulting engineering firm and is based on the labor rate for the <br />engineering department to perform site plan reviews and inspections fox development projects. <br />General Planning Permit <br />This fee has always been in place but hasn't been listed on previous fee schedules. <br />Land Use Plan Amendment <br />This fee increased due to the staff resources associated with the review.
