Surface Water Management Impact Fee <br />A three percent annual increase per a Council resolution from 1994. <br />Zoning Letter <br />This fee isn't changing but is meant to clarify that the city actually charges per address. <br />Page 7 <br />Fire Watch <br />A fire watch is implemented to ensure fire safety of a building and its tenants in the event of an act such <br />as an alarm system and/or sprinkler system being out of service. The city has been offering this service <br />but the fee has not been in past fee schedules. <br />Kev Lick Box <br />Lock boxes come from various vendors with different price options and the city should recover the <br />actual cost of the box. <br />Rental Dwellines <br />Council waived the license fee fox rental dwelling units of 1-3 units unti12011. Staff has put a suggested <br />rate of $15 per dwelling unit to be consistent with the fee fox 4 ox more dwelling units. The application <br />fee is also suggested to change to $45 per addressed building in order to be consistent with the fee fox 4 <br />or more units. Council reviewed this item at their December 13 meeting. <br />Page 9 <br />Municipal Utility Fees <br />These fees aze set by the Utilities Commission per MN Statute 412.361.
