Visual screening of the Sanitary Landfill site, as required by the Conditional Use Pez~rut for the Landfill Property and as approved by the City Council, shall be provided by the use of buffer zones, natural objects, trees, plants, seeded soil berms, fences, and other suitable means. (27) Small-Load Dum~in~ Site. The Licensee shall, duxing-all hours of operation, maintain and operate a separate suitable and safe disposal area for the dumping of small loads by pickup trucks, cars, and trailers. This separate site shall be located and operated with due regard for the nature of the vehicles bringing such loads, and the normal frequency of such dumping. (2S) Oak Wilt Prevention. As a method to prevent oak v~rilt, Licensee shall not •~ conduct any tree remioYral operations at the Landfill Property between•April 15 ~ • and 3uly ~ 1 S each year. Remedies for problems arising from leaclaate • recirculation include, but aze not limited to, the cessation of leachate recirculation and reverting back to traditional leachate treatment.
