3.0 Conditional Use Permit/License <br />Amendment Application <br />The Elk River Code (City Code), Chapter 30 and Chapter 58 govern the Conditional Lse <br />Permit/License amendment application requirements: <br />3.1 SITE PLAN <br />The ERL has developed a site plan in accordance with the City Code. The applicant <br />acknowledges the draw scale requirement stated on the application form, however, the <br />drawings have been submitted at a scale relevant to the size of the project and how it <br />connects with the entire landfill site to benefit the review process. The specific elements <br />that are required for inclusion on the site plan and how they are addressed on the site plan <br />are discussed below: <br />3.1.1 All Abutting Lots <br />Abutting lots are provided on the site plan. <br />3.1.2 Existing Buildings <br />Existing building footprints are indicated on the site plans. <br />3.1.3. Existing Uses <br />The site plan is provided on an aerial photograph to readily show the existing uses on the <br />existing landfill property and the proposed additional development footprint.
