Ach, City Plannerw,~q~~- <br />October 16, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary & Final Plat Request <br />by DMV Mall Corporation, Public <br />Hearing Case No. P 95-6 <br />DMV Mall Corporation is requesting the following: <br />a) A preliminary plat to subdivide approximately 20 acres into one <br />industrial lot and one outlot. <br />b) Final plat approval of the above-mentioned plat. <br />Location <br />• The southwest corner of Business Center Drive and Joplin Street. <br />Zoning/Land Use <br />BP (Business Park) / LI (Light Industrial) <br />Attachments <br />• Final Plat <br />• Resolution No. 95- <br />• Report to the Planning Commission dated September 26, 1995 <br />Overview <br />The proposed preliminary plat involves creating a 3 acre parcel along with <br />dedication of appropriate right-of--way for the extension of a public road south <br />of Business Center Drive with the balance of the property left in an outlot <br />status. The preliminary and final plat are consistent with a concept plan <br />that was presented to the Planning Commission and City Council when <br />Country Crossing Business Center 1st Addition was platted earlier this year. <br />The minimum lot size in the Business Park zoning district is 1-1/2 acres.
