Board of Appeal and Equalization Minutes <br />Apri128, 2010 <br />Page 6 <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER ZERWAS AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO MAKE NO CHANGE ON PARCEL 75- <br />111-2100. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />It was noted the applicant will work with the County Assessor's office to get the property <br />reclassified. <br />16. Kaap Enterprises, Paul Heinen and April Westgaard, Parcel Identification <br />Number 75-445-0130 <br />Mr. Heinen and Ms. Westgaard indicated they recently purchased this property. They <br />requested that the value be reduced to $300,000, which is the purchase price of the property. <br />Mr. Riley submitted a handout recommending a reduction from $510,500 to $420,300. It was <br />noted that a road access has been removed from the value. <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER ZERWAS AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO REDUCE THE VALUE OF PARCEL 75- <br />445-0130 AS SUGGESTED BY THE APPRAISER AND AN ADDITIONAL 10% <br />SPLIT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND LAND VALUES. <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />Councilmember Westgaard returned for discussion. <br />17. Kevin Rademacher, Parcel Identification Number 75-690-0214 <br />Mr. Rademacher requested his value be reduced to $326,000 based on an appraisal he <br />received in December. <br />Mr. Olson indicated there are no comparables in Mr. Rademacher's neighborhood. He <br />reviewed comparables in competing neighborhoods. <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER ZERWAS AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO ADJUST THE VALUE OF PARCEL 75- <br />690-0214 BY 5% SPLIT EQUAL BETWEEN THE LAND AND BUILDING <br />VALUES. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />18. Yearwoood Development, LLC, Parcel Identification Number 75-002-4405 <br />Ms. Quinn presented a handout on the above parcel. <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER ZERWAS TO APPROVE THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />BUILDING VALUE OF PARCEL 75-002-4405 TO $65,500 AS SUGGESTED BY <br />THE COUNTY ASSESSOR. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />19.
