The site is surrounded by mature woods which would
totally screen the lower part of the site from view. The proposed 150 foot monopole would be 213 feet
away from the nearest neighboring residence to the south.

We feel that this application meets the criteria for approval of the Tower Overlay zone and Variance
criteria. Attached are responses to the Variance Criteria and well as the response to each of the
requirements of the Tower Overlay Zone.

If you need any further information, please contact me at 763/424-5505. I appreciate your time and
consideration.

Sincerely,

Senior Planner

Enclosures

Tower Over Zoning change, CUP, and Variance Application and fee
Written responses to Variance Criteria
Written responses to Tower Overlay Zone Requirements
Exhibits A, B, C, D, E: Required engineers letters
Exhibit F: Co-location commitment letter
Exhibit G: Site Plans

Anniversary
1976-2001
