Joe Goetz is <br />proposing to subdivide Lot 6, Block 2, Deerfield First Addition into two <br />parcels which meet the minimum size and width requirements in the Rla <br />zoning district. Lot 6, Block 2 is currently 5.74 acres in size. The subdivision <br />would create a 3.24 acre parcel (Parcel A) and a 2.5 acre parcel (Parcel B). <br />Each lot would have the necessary 160 feet of frontage. The applicant <br />currently owns an existing home on proposed Parcel A which would meet all <br />• the required setbacks from the newly created lot line.
