General Information <br /> <br />Registration begins: <br />· Immediately for all Community Recreation activities. Registration for some programs have been ongoing. <br /> <br />Forms: <br />· To register, please complete a registration form, one per each participant, for the desired activities. <br />· More forms can be obtained by copying the page, stopping by our office, or by accessing our website. <br />· If mailing, dropping off or faxing in your registration, it is best to fill out a different registration form for each <br /> organization and mail or drop them off at the correct address or fax number listed on the back of this brochure. <br /> <br /> Are you a member? <br /> <br />Residents of Elk River, Otsego, Rogers and <br />Hassan Township qualify as members. You <br />must reside within the city limits to be a <br />member.
