e. Water Pollution: <br />The site will be operated in compliance with all applicable standards <br />of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Department of <br />Natural Resources. A National Pollution Discharge Elimination <br />Permit (NPDES) has been obtained for the site. Fuel storage is <br />limited to above ground tanks. Secondary containment is provided <br />for all fuel tanks. <br />f. Topsoil <br />All topsoil will be retained on the site for as materials for use at the <br />landfill <br />g. Slopes: <br />The active mining face will be sloped at approximately 1:1. <br />Reclaimed slopes will be backfilled according to the Reclamation <br />Plan. <br />6.) Reclamation Standards <br />a. Schedule: <br />Reclamation will be completed as indicated within the Reclamation <br />Plan. <br />b. Slopes: <br />Slopes will be reclaimed in accordance with the Reclamation Plan. <br />c. Cover and Planting: <br />The slopes will be seeded in accordance with the Reclamation <br />Plan. <br />d. Slopes to Water Bodies: <br />There are no water bodies existing on site. <br />e. Water Bodies: <br />There will be no water bodies resulting from this operation. <br />
