III: STANDARDS <br />1.) Boundary: <br />Extraction operations shall be conducted within the currently permitted <br />areas and within the proposed areas shown on Figure 2. <br />2.) Setbacks: <br />Site setbacks will comply with the City of Elk River's Mineral Extraction <br />Standards. <br />3.) Fencing:. <br />The entire site is fenced. <br />4.) .Appearance and Screening: <br />All equipment will be kept operational. Within 3 months after termination <br />of mining, or within 3 months after termination of the extraction license, all <br />buildings and structures incidental to extraction operations will be <br />removed. The site will be graded in accordance with the reclamation plan. <br />5.) Operating Standards: <br />a. Noise: <br />The mining operation will be operated in compliance with State <br />noise standards. <br />b. Hours: <br />Mining and crushing will be conducted between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 <br />p.m. Monday through Saturday. <br />c. Explosives: <br />There-will. be no explosives used at this site. <br />d. Fugitive Dust: <br />.Fugitive dust will be ;minimized by watering internal :haul roads <br />and/or the use of conveyors. <br />
