A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during ar on which a violation occurs or continues, (Code 1982, § 604.34(1), (2)) ~a~ Application to dispose of, stare, process, or burn dangerous wastes at a licensed solid waste facility in the city shall be made to the city building and zoning administrator.
