<br />In the review of the standards for CUP as outlined, it appears that the request is consistent with all
<br />of these standards, provided the fence is not barbed wire.

<br />The site is designed to capture all storm water az~.d funnel it to the collection area on the northwest
<br />corner of the site. Some of the grading is planned to occur on adjacent parcels. The city engineer
