The rx~inistorage would house boats and RV's. The project vrouJ.d consist initially of two ministorage buildings forming the southern and eastern boundaries of the site. As business builds, the applicant proposes outside storage (boats, RV, campers, etc) north and west of ~.he proposed buildings, Future phases would include the construction of two more inuvstarage buildings, eventually eliminating the need for outside storage. The main building will include space housing a computer and other security hardware, 7'he applicant is considering including an office, which would require a restroorn. The septic system is proposed for the SE corner of the site, if an office is added. The buildings will be prefinished metal panels. Buildings will be tan, with a green trim, These materials are consistent with the basic design guidelines imposed on buildings m the 7-1 zoxaing district. The Conditional Use Permit, if approved as proposed, would allow nxerim outside storage (until the 4`" builduig is built), and the construction of 4 ministorage builduigs.
