Envirornnentai Administrator prior to issuance of any building permit. Street <br />lighting and acceleration and deceleration lanes for Highway 10 at the <br />iintersection of 1 G5tl' Avenue and Highway 10 shall be installed by City to <br />provide safe access to Highway ~ 0 for trucks entering and leaving the Facility, <br />Failure by Permittee to reimburse the City for the installation of said <br />improvements within thirty ~3 0} days of receiving an invoice for all or any <br />pa~~t of said improvements shall be cause for revocation of this Permit. <br />~4. The City shall have the eight of access to all areas of the Processing Facility <br />and site for the purpose of inspection to ensure compliance with all of the <br />terms and conditions of this pe~~nit and the Solid waste Facility License for <br />tlae Facility. The City need not give prior notice to the Permittee for perso~ulel <br />to access the Processing Facility or site during waste receiving, Monday <br />through Saturday, or if an explosion or other emergency occurs. At any other <br />time, at least twelve ~12~ hours prior notice to the Permittee is required.
