Attending and documenting the meeting by providing a written report for the City Council by use of the Council packets, b, Answer any questions that doe committee or board might have C, firing back any issues, Concerns or unanswered questions to the Council for Causideration and action, Council members shall regain from using their position to improperly influence the deliberations or decisions of any outside committee or board, 7, Positive work environment Council members shall support the maintenance of a positive and cansCtive environment for citizens, businesses, City Council and City staff, 8, New issues andlor items for Consideration b the Council l~enabers City Council members and City Staff will insure that any new issues or items for consideration andlor decision by the Council will be presented to the Council ~. a workshop before being placed on the City Council agenda for vote ~i,e,, new projects, grant considera~.ons, etc}, This does nit include payment far bins that have already been voted on or approved by City Council ar day~ta~day or ~Onthrt0~nlonth aM~.VZ~~eS! 9.
