8.1.5. , The Association shall be responsible for incidental damage caused to a <br />]'nit or its Limited Common Elements -by work undertaken by the Association, pursuant <br />to this Section 8. <br />8.1.6, The Association shall maintain, repair and replace the Common. Elements <br />in accordance with the req=" ements of this Declaration and the applicable City <br />approvals, permits, regulations and agreements. <br />8.1.7, Subject to Section 8.1.1, 8.1.2 and.8.1.3, the costs associated with the <br />Association's maintenance � obligations under this Section S shall be funded by <br />Assessments determined and levied in accordance wltl1 Section 6. <br />8,2, owner Res onsibili The, Owner shall, at the Owner's expense, be responsible <br />for maintenance, repair and replacement as follows: <br />8,2.1. To maintain, repair, and replace all portions of the Owner's Unit, except <br />those maintained by the Association, in good, clean, sanitary and safe condition. <br />8.2,2. To perform imitenance of the Limited Common Elements allocated to <br />the Unit to the extent the Association assigns such obligations to the owner- or as <br />otherwise provided to Section 9.1. The Association may require that the owners perform <br />their maintenance obligations in accordance with standards established by. the <br />Association. <br />8,23, To perform the foregoing maintenance obligatiohs in such manner as not <br />to damage the Property, or unreasonably disturb or cause a hazard to -other persons <br />occupying or using the property. <br />92.4.
