3.6, An e ation_of _ Other Pro erty, Real property may be added to the common <br />interest community as Common Elements, and s-ab j ected to this Declaration, in accordance with <br />Section 515B.2-125 of MCIOA, <br />SECTION 4 <br />ASSOCIATION MEMBE, RSHIP: RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND INTERESTS <br />Membersbip in the Association, and the allocation to each Unit of a portion of the votes <br />in the Association, a portion of the Common.
