noticei by the Original Seller; Effective upon the filing of the notice of Stall assignment <br />with the Association, the identified Stall shall, by operation of this Section 3.3, be <br />deemed to be licensed by the Association, as of the date set forth in the notice, to the <br />Owner of the Unit designated in the notice. A certificate evidencing the Stall license <br />shall ,be executed -by the Pfesident or Secretary of the As -sociation on behalf of the <br />Association and made available far timely delivery to the Owner of the Unit to which the <br />license is assigned. Any Stalls remaining unlicensed after all Units have been Initially, <br />voluntarily conveyed may be reserved for handicapped parking or assigned to the <br />Association, The Association may hold, convey and transfer the license- to, rent, or <br />pormit invitee or handicapped parking within a Stall assigned to it,. <br />3.3.2. Upon and followm' g the initial licensing of a -Stall, ,the use rights with <br />respect to the Stall shall' be deemed to be perpetually licensed by the Association <br />exclusively to the Owner of the • Unit to which the Stall is assigned, subject to the <br />provisions of Section 33.3, The Association shall maintain records identifying the Stalls, <br />the names of the Owners of the Units to which they are licensed and the dates of <br />assignment and any transfer of the license in accordance with the terms of this Section. <br />The Association shall not unilateral) transfer an Stall license <br />y y , except that the license .to <br />a Stall designed and intended to accommodate use by handicapped Owners <br />( "Handicapped Stall ") may be transferred by the Association to a Unit occupied by a i <br />handicapped Owner if the Owner of the Unit to which such Handicapped Stall is licensed � <br />E <br />is not handica ed and the Association transfers a Stall license to such Owner to replace <br />pp p <br />the Handicapped Stall, being transferred. All other transfers of Stall licenses shall �e <br />made only in accordance with Section 3.3.3, <br />3.3.3. .A ,Stall license shall remain with the Owner and the Unit to which it is <br />assigned imfil the license is transferred in accordance with this Section. Subject to � <br />Section 3.3.2, a Stall license may be transferred, but only by first delivering to the <br />. Association• (i) •a. written transfer certificate, xn forte approved by' the Association, signed I <br />by the transferor and transferee, and (ii) all prior license certificates, and copies thereof, <br />issued with respect to the Stall. The .Association shall review the proposed transfer <br />certificate for compliance Wfih this Section 3.3, and if the transfer complies, the # <br />transfer the lice on its record the 'nit a th <br />.Assoc�atxon shall tra use s to caned by e transferee. <br />In the absence of .a properly. executed transfer certificate to the contrary, a Stall license <br />assigned to the Owner of a Unit at. the time of the Units conveyance shall be � <br />automatically transferred to the new Owner with the conveyance oftitlo to the Unit$ � <br />3.3:4.
