<br />that such access shall be by the mast direct route from the exterior ~ of the l~uilclin.g to the
<br />Cam~ncrcial Unit ar Units, In addition, the Canamercial Units shall be benefitted by a~ easement
<br />oven the Gammon Elements far transporting trash and refuse to receptacles designated by the .
<br />ward for the disPasal of such items, provided, that said. easement shall be utilized in a ma,rm~~
<br />designed to nainin~izc any distt~rl,ance to other owners' ar occupants' use of the Property and
<br />maybe limited 'by Rules approved by the hoard. Thy faregaing easements Shan be subject to
