3.1 3.2 3.4 ARTICLE III. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION Eligibility Requirements. (a) Initial Eligibility Requirements. In general, an Eligible Employee is (1) an Employee employed by the Employer, and (2) scheduled to work a normal work week of Deleted: an Employee forty (40) hours or more per week in a continuous twelve (12) month period.
