3.1 <br />3.2 <br />3.4 <br />ARTICLE III. <br />ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION <br />Eligibility Requirements. <br />(a) Initial Eligibility Requirements. In general, an Eligible Employee is (1) an Employee <br />employed by the Employer, and (2) scheduled to work a normal work week of Deleted: an Employee <br />forty (40) hours or more per week in a continuous twelve (12) month period. <br />Ongoing Eligibility Requirements.
